What is the Healthy Habits Challenge?
The Healthy Habits Challenge is a virtual weight-loss/fitness-based program for adults that runs in 8-week segments (called rounds).
The challenge will provide you with a workout plan, a meal plan, and behavioral tips that will change weekly. The workouts are designed to suit all fitness levels and can be done wherever and whenever is convenient for you. The meal plan is based on whole food options without the need for diet pills; plans for special dietary needs will be available.
All information for the program will be accessed through our private Facebook group; where you’ll find workouts that can be watched at your convenience. They will include Cardio, Kickboxing, HIIT, and Yoga. All workouts will be able to be replayed at your convenience.
You’ll also receive support from a team of experts along with accountability from your trainers/instructors and other participants to help you reach your goals.
