About Us
Q Fitness and Wellness® is the birth child of, and owned/operated by, passionate fitness and wellness expert, Crem Morris-Frazier; who knew that there were often feelings of being marginalized and misunderstood within the mainstream fitness world by many in her community. For that reason, Q Fitness and Wellness® is committed to providing quality, customized, culturally responsive fitness training, nutrition, and wellness services to members of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies; while also creating a safe space to connect, engage and thrive with one another.
Providing a service that assures each individual feels affirmed and prioritized so that they can strive to be their best selves and comfortable in their own skin, regardless of shape, size, or ability, is a priority of ours. We are and will always remain committed to the LGBTQ+ community with the understanding that “family” is what we have historically relied on to stay strong and make such phenomenal progress together.
Q Fitness team represents the deep diversity within the LGBTQ+ community and will always work to assure that each person feels fully welcomed, supported, and treated as the uniquely powerful individual that they are. We want everyone who enters and exits Q Fitness and Wellness® to always be proud, be themselves and to be Q-FIT!

Meet The Team
Cremonlyn Morris-Frazier
Crem Morris-Frazier is the founder and mastermind of Q Fitness and Wellness®. From a very early age, Crem had a strong affinity for fitness and wellness and little did she know that passion would turn into a 20+ year career in helping others would be her chosen path.
Along the winding road, Crem found herself as a personal trainer for various big box gyms. She developed and implemented various programs for fitness centers, corporate entities, and for youth programs. Crem served as a director of fitness and center director for a major weight loss company and operated her very own fitness studios in CA and OR.
“I understand that everyone’s path is different and none are direct; and I’m here to walk that windy road, by their side, on their unique pathway to what they consider success!” – Crem Frazier
Crem has also been an amateur boxer, as well as a practitioner of martial arts, jiu jitsu and MMA fighting. After being gone from the Charlotte area, and her family, Crem decided it was time to come “home” to be with her sisters, nieces, nephews and her mother, who has always stood by her, served as an inspiration and was always her biggest cheerleader.
Although Crem never imagined returning to the Queen City, it was where she and her wife have happily settled. She found a wonderfully supportive community where she finally had the opportunity to see her dream become reality; the creation of space where folks can get healthy with people that look like them so they can feel safe and comfortable while working towards their fitness and wellness goals.
Q Fitness and Wellness® is much more than a gym, it is a space for members of the LGBTQ+ community, and their allies, to workout alongside people who are there to lift each other up and empower themselves and each other. For Crem, it is essential that Q Fitness and Wellness® will always be a place where you will find staff going above and beyond to assure everyone has the best experience and where giving back to the LGBTQ community is an absolute priority.
“I understand that everyone’s path is different and none are direct; and I’m here to walk that windy road, by their side, on their unique pathway to what they consider success!” – Crem Frazier
