We begin your journey with a one-on-one consultation. You will meet with a member of our Q Team to go over your health goals, fitness history, and current lifestyle. We believe that all people are unique and we tailor each fitness program to reflect that.
We combine exercise, nutrition, and behavioral coaching to create the most effective and cohesive programs to fit each clients’ needs. Sustainability, safety, and compassion are at the heart of all programs.

Exercise
After a conciliation with one of our trainers, we will create a fitness program specifically tailored to your health goals, level of athleticism, and medical history in mind. Programs consist of a combination of one-on-one sessions with a trainer, an at home workout list, and local on-site and virtual fitness classes.*

Nutrition
A certified nutritionist or dietician will help create a personalized meal plan for you along with couching you through how you can make healthy and satisfying nutrition choices everyday. All meal plans are made to be sustainable, fulfilling, and easy to incorporate into your daily routines.
Behavioral Coaching
With the help of a certified counselor, we will look at your lifestyle across all sections of health. Lifestyle changes require the connection between mind, body, and soul. So our councilors will help break down actions you can take to improve your health emotionally, mentally, and physically.
